How To Claim Your PSIRA Profile?

The primary objective of the Authority is to regulate the private security industry and to exercise effective control over the practice of the occupation of security. Follow the below steps to claim your PSIRA profile.

Step-1: Go to the link https://digitalservices.psira.co.za/claim-profile
Step-2: Choose Profile
Step-3: Select the “Claim By” option
Step-4: Enter the Mobile Number
Step-5: Click on the “Send OTP” button
Step-6: Verify OTP and Proceed further to claim your profile

The Authority hereby warrants that the personal information it receives through this process will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently and all reasonable steps will be taken to secure its integrity and confidentiality. This will be done by taking appropriate, reasonable, technical, and organisational measures to prevent the loss, damage or unauthorized destruction and unlawful access or processing of your personal information
